Ludum Dare #40 Submission.

Play with multiple games at once, except they all 'listen' to the same keys.

Games are paused when no key is pressed.

Controls are: up, down, left, right, space. (W.A.S.D./enter will also work.)

ETA 2: Added a version for 'people on Linux but without libSDL2 installed' -- source code didn't change, so it's OK to play for rating

ETA 3: About a month later: Added a web-version. A bit late, since LD#40 is already way over. Still the original, including the bugs and all --> 'Standard' Emscripten html output is messing this up, will try again 4 Jan 2018.)
